The rooms are clean and the staff accommodating and courteous. When we asked if we could changed rooms they did so with a professional demeanor. One thing to note, the hotel has rooms that are in the same area as the indoor pool. Because of that you can faintly smell the pool chemicals and hear the people swimming. This would be a great set up for a family with kids who love to swim as you literally open the door and you are in the pool area.

Stayed at this hotel for a few days to be closer to everything after 4 days of being at a cabin in the mountains. We absolutely loved this hotel. 3 pools was really cool, and the balcony was a nice little bonus. Our room was big & had a connecting door, which was awesome bc we were traveling with family, and it gave the kids more room to play with grandma was right there to watch them so we could go out.. This hotel is huge our room was in the 300s and it was nice and quite in our building. My sister had a room in the 200s, which was above house keeping and right next to the laundry.unfortunately they said it was super loud over there. Breakfast wasn't good, but at least they had it available. On the plus side the location is great and a quick drive to plenty of restaurants. Would stay here again.

Terrible customer service. People at the front desk were rude. This was my first bad experience at a Best Western.

10 out of 10. The room was perfect we had with a king bed, private balcony, and jetted tub in the room and affordable! The service was always so kind and helpful especially with mike when I had to change my dates and he helped me out with the confusion on that. The location was ideal along the strip of all the tourist attractions but didnt hear outside noise. This was a wonderful experience!! When we come back this is a no brainer we will stay here again!

Great value for the price. The room was clean. The grounds are clean. The pools are clean. Staff at the front desk was great! We checked in after midnight and they allowed us an extra hour for checkout in the morning. We ended up staying a couple more nights. Cleaning crew was friendly and helpful! The breakfast is very good as far as continental breakfasts from hotels go. It was a little too chilly to swim in the outdoor pool but we used the hot tub and it was nice. Proximity to Dollywood and other area attractions is great. Lots of restaurant options nearby. Will stay here again if in the area.
