Most ANNOYING location ever Every single month coming to this place to pay a bill or swap out devices it's a damn circus in there no crowd control AT ALL I went in there to swap a device had to wait dumb long to swap got the wrong device went back the same day they telling me I have to wait again when I was already there waiting when I came the first time they gave me the wrong device swap it out so I can leave still had to wait pissed off is a understatement ALL the employees talk too damn much look around at each other like they don't know what to do like they don't see a store FULL of customers in need of customer service they just walk around doing NOTHING talking to each other not the customers nobody helping customers sign in nobody helping customers pay at the kiosk all them registers and employees still no damn good service it's ridiculous they need a better system when it comes to a store packed with customers period. Moral of the point unless you paying a bill at the kiosk in and out go to another location for customer service.

To keep it as polite as possible. The wait was worse than the dmv. It is unacceptable and makes no sense. You could at least make it where home services and mobile services are sort of separate for faster service. A drop box would be nice. I left and went to the ups store and dropped off the equipment. Cox or spectrum. What ever you want to call yourself..garbage

I talked to the representative online who made me an offer in writing that I would receive one cell phone line and one gig home broadband for a total of $20 per month for everything. I was pretty sure this was too good to be true so I asked them explicitly to verify that I was not mistaken with what they were saying to me. They promised me oh yes, all this for $20 per month total. Of course, once they sign me up, the automated system was talking about signing up for four cell phone lines at $50 per month each and then my bill would be $20 per month for the Internet so that goes from $20 per month to $220 per month. They are lying liars who lie. I have it in writing too, not like they care.

This store was extremely unorganized and the staff was rude. Ended up waiting 45 minutes to return equipment and still wasn’t helped. I looked up other ways to return the equipment and any UPS store will do it. We left 45 minutes later after being very rudely spoken to and went to a UPS store which took about 3 minutes from start to finish. Don’t waste your time returning anything here! Go to a UPS store.

I went to this location simply to return equipment that I had been charged for, and the entire experience was incredibly frustrating. Before going, I actually called customer service because I was on my lunch break and wanted to know if there was a wait. I was told there was no way to contact the store directly and that I would basically have to show up and hope there wasn’t a line. I took her word for it and went, thinking, “I’m literally just dropping off equipment...how long could this possibly take?” I was wrong. When I walked in, there were people sitting everywhere and absolutely no clear direction about what I was supposed to do, so I went to the front desk. The gentleman I dealt with, pictured in the photo, was incredibly rude and dismissive. He barely even looked at me and just kept telling me to put my information into the kiosk. I explained that I ONLY needed to drop off equipment and that I was on my lunch break and couldn’t sit there waiting for over an hour. He essentially ignored me and mumbled his responses. Since this location is closed by the time I get out of work, I then asked a very simple question: “Is there a way I can return the equipment by mail?” His response? “I HAVE NO IDEA.” Seriously? You work here. I wasn’t asking him to solve some complicated account issue. I was asking how to return the company’s equipment. If he genuinely didn’t know, he could have said, “I’m not sure, but let me find out for you.” Instead, he could not have seemed less interested in helping. The lack of organization was frustrating enough, but the complete lack of basic customer service made the experience so much worse. Customers shouldn’t have to take time off work or spend an entire lunch break sitting in a packed store just to hand back a piece of equipment—especially when the employee at the front desk can’t even be bothered to answer a basic question or find someone who can. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.
