I've enjoyed Cox for internet service at home however I had to leave and if I had to come back I would. Unfortunately I had to leave because of affordability but I would consider going back to them because they are good however I wish they would have a star more closer like Seekonk

In-store customer service is so much better than trying to deal with the app and talking to a virtual agent because all you want to sell you something that you can't I spent an hour trying to tell him I want to cancel my service and they kept on trying to sell me things

To begin, I came in on a Monday morning. I will start off with the positive. In the end, I was served by a very nice guy. But now I will tell you the truth. This store is really disorganized. I dont know who the manager is/was, but, whoever it is, is not managing it properly. I walked in with a baby in a stroller and 2 small children to return their equipment. That's it. Just give them back their equipment, no exchange, no changes. I was ushered over by a guy who asked my name and plugged it into a kiosk asked what I was there for and then told to wait until they called my name. I waited for like 30 minutes with 3 small children. At least 4, maybe 5 people left during that time from being upset about the wait. I saw one woman who had been sitting at s counter who I was told was there more than 45 minutes. I don't know what service lasts 45 minutes. Then there was a woman ahead of me that had been waiting. When I finally got called I asked the nice guy about her he did they are calling by first come first serve and the names were on a screen. I did not see that woman's name so he asked for it. He was nice enough to get her in right after me because obviously something had happened with her name in the system or then calling names. Poor woman was sitting there for over 45 minutes waiting to be called. Listen. I could manage that store a 1000 timed better. If you "Cox" , read this, please do better. Hint, separate services not just first come. It will run a lot smoother and less wait. Kudos to the gentleman who took me then helped the older lady immediately after someone else's error.
