  I couldn't be more pleased both with my new bike and with the professional service and the courtesy I received at the Trek store here in Albuquerque. In particular, Josh went the extra mile locating and assembling my bike and then took care that it was ready to ride. Five stars!

  This was my first time visiting this store, and I found it the same way I find most places.....I Googled it! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly, "Hello! Welcome in!" I headed to the service desk, where there was a line, so I waited my turn. While I was waiting, I couldn't help but notice how the staff interacted with customers. It felt like everyone knew each other, and I really appreciated that. To me, it says two things: people keep coming back, and the staff makes everyone feel welcome. Before long, Mark came over and let me know he could help me. He got right to work on my bike tires and had me back on the road quickly, feeling safe and ready to ride. We ended up talking like old friends, and that kind of customer service is hard to find these days. I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Mark, for taking such great care of me, and keep up the great work, Trek on Menaul!

  Every employee at this location was extremely helpful. I had let them know that I was under a time constraint and they stayed after hours just to ensure I was taken care of. Purchasing a new trek bike at this location was a great experience.

  One of the best purchases I made was getting a bike from Trek. They are super helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve had a lot of fun experiences with my Marlin and just bought a Domane.
