  Brought a friend to help her find a new bike. Incredible store with an unbelievable amount of bikes to choose from, but still manages to be super open and airy. The staff were very good and extremely knowledgeable, clearly bikers too, intact several of the worker's bikes parked in the srore shows that they use what they sell and love it. Keep it up.

  Needed my tired to be replaced. Great customer service over the phone, they answered every time and were super helpful. Chrissy was helping me in service and got my bike up on the rack right away. She said it would be about 30 minutes for it to be fixed. I had brought in the tire and tube myself, ended up bringing the wrong sized tube but they took care of that for me no problem! Chrissy called me and let me know the bike was done LITERALLY in exactly 30 minutes. She was great, went the extra mile for me and checked the bolts and tightness on my front tire/wheel too. Answered all of my questions and was all around very very helpful! -Olivia with the "Sport" e-bike :)

  Bought a new bike and few months ago brought it in for a free tune up they replaced th rear disc brake but didn't check anything else the front brake barely works and is noisy l don't think they even checked it

  I have had really pleasant experiences each time I went to this store. The store itself is very clean and nicely set up, which is great. Even more importantly the staff are friendly, quick to get to you even when they are busy, and very knowledgeable about what is available there as well as cycling in general. There is a general welcoming vibe here that is how bicycle shops should feel in my personal opinion, everyone should feel welcomed. If you are looking for a bicycle this is a great place to check out.

  The bikes and helmets we bought are fantastic so far although we’ve only had one ride since receiving the bikes yesterday. Jon, The salesman that we dealt with was fantastic and easy to deal with and informative. Not pushy at all. He wanted us to get exactly what WE wanted, not unneeded things just for an upsell. I would recommend people deal with him directly based upon my experience. WE HAVE A SMALL CAR AND HE EVEN DELIVERED THE BIKES DIRECTLY TO MY HOME AFTER BUSINESS HOURS. Thanks Jon!
