I cannot wait to move! This building is terrible. PHOTOS ATTACHED.
You will absolutely suffocate in the hallways and elevators. The ACs are constantly broken and there is zero airflow.
The apartment AC units are also a JOKE. They break constantly and they leave so much moisture in the units that mold grows. The management will only refer to it as “organic growth” but I had to be immediately removed from a unit and moved into another in the same building with similar suspicious moisture issues. They did comp rent for a few months and put me in a bigger unit but I did all the manual labor of moving myself so that was the least they could do truly. I’ve come down with multiple prolonged respiratory illnesses in both units I’ve lived in.
Maintenance is a joke. They are kind but have no communication skills and just bandaid everything. You’ll just get a message that your tickets been closed with no details on what’s been done. Have a decent sized crack in my wall by the front door so bad that I had to yank my door with my entire weight to get it open. All they did was hammer the frame up and say “building is settling” with a shrug. Water coming in during multiple rain storms, no information on what the issue was or how it was fixed, just a closed ticket.
ROACH city! It wasn’t too bad inside my unit when I was on the 2nd floor but on the top floor they are crawling out of my ceiling. If you walk around at night all you see is roaches crawling all over the building and the ground.
They prioritize the most ridiculous updates and additions. Pet waste stations are falling apart with heavy metal lids and bad dispensers literally falling and hitting residents. But sure let’s add a vending machine.
The neighbors are nice, though elevator etiquette is not a thing, and I don’t get bothered by anyone which is a must for me and those are the only nice things I have to say.

The administrators there are absolutely repulsive when it comes to helping people. Susan, however, is a very good and very kind person. I lived there for two years; they provided me with appliances that were excessively worn out, and when I decided to move out, they forced me to buy a brand-new stove—even though the one we left behind was in perfect condition and had absolutely no issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. THE AIR CONDITIONERS DON'T WORK, AND THERE IS A LOT OF HUMIDITY.
