  I cannot say enough great things about Susan at Town Station Apartments in Cary, NC. From the very beginning, she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Her patience truly stands out no matter how many questions I’ve had, she has always taken the time to answer each one thoroughly and thoughtfully without ever making me feel rushed. Susan is the definition of professionalism. She carries herself with such confidence and warmth, and it’s clear that she has a deep knowledge of her role and the community she represents. She always provides clear, detailed information and presents multiple options, making it easy to feel confident in every decision. Her attention to detail is unmatched—nothing slips through the cracks, and everything is handled with care and precision. What really sets Susan apart is how genuinely caring she is. She doesn’t just do her job—she truly looks out for her residents and wants the best for them. It’s rare to find someone so passionate about what they do, and it shows in every interaction. She is incredibly approachable and always willing to help, whether it’s over the phone or in person. Honestly, you wouldn’t even be able to tell which one she excels at more she’s equally amazing at both. I have never once felt uncomfortable working with her. She creates such a welcoming and supportive environment, and that makes all the difference. Any request or concern I’ve had has been handled quickly and efficiently she truly gets things done at her beck and call. If you’re considering Town Station Apartments, I highly recommend working with Susan. She goes above and beyond in every way, and it’s clear that she genuinely cares about the people she works with. She is truly an asset to the community!

  I lived at this apartment complex for four years and resided in three different units during that time. Unfortunately, many of the same issues followed me regardless of the unit. While my move-out process was ultimately resolved, that was only because the regional manager stepped in. The on-site management experience—particularly with Tracy—was consistently unhelpful and unkind. Communication was poor, concerns were often dismissed, and escalating issues felt like the only way to receive assistance. Maintenance and living conditions were a recurring problem. My 4th floor units experienced multiple leaks, which ultimately contributed to the end of my lease. In addition, there was a persistent marijuana smell from the neighboring unit below me that was not adequately addressed and negatively impacted my health, especially my sinuses. I received threats from neighbors and there was never a resolution or even support given from management. The air conditioning systems were unreliable and frequently broke, with no long-term solutions provided. This issue occurred across all three units I lived in, suggesting a larger, ongoing problem rather than isolated incidents. Over the years, I also observed concerning differences in how residents were treated. There appeared to be patterns in who received patience, flexibility, and support from management and who did not, which was disappointing to witness as a long-term resident. After four years of paying rent and attempting to work through these concerns, I expected better communication, accountability, and consistency. While I appreciate the regional manager’s professionalism, day-to-day management is what residents experience—and that is where this property consistently fell short. Prospective residents should ask detailed questions about maintenance history, management responsiveness, and how ongoing issues are handled before signing a lease. Susan was extraordinary throughout the time! I felt close to her and heard! Miss her most here.

  I lived in this community for a year and was devastated to leave due to job relocation. Not only was the apartment beautiful, the staff (Lisa and Tracey) were incredibly helpful with all my needs. My dogs loved the spacious dog park and all the nearby trails. If we ever end up back in Cary, Town Station will be the first place we contact.

  If I could give this apartment complex zero stars, I would. From day one, it has been a complete disaster. Let's start with the management – utterly unprofessional and indifferent. They promise you the moon during the leasing process, but once you sign that lease, good luck getting any assistance. Noise is a constant companion here. Thin walls mean you get to enjoy every note of your neighbor's music, every argument, and every footstep. Forget about any semblance of peace or quiet. It's like living in a never-ending frat party. Parking is a nightmare. If you arrive home after 6 PM, good luck finding a spot within walking distance of your building. I've circled the lot like a vulture more times than I care to count.
