  We recently moved to the community from out of state. Lisa was especially helpful throughout the process, from giving us our initial tour to helping resolve a carpet odor issue after move-in. She was kind, professional, and kept us informed. Management and maintenance took our concerns seriously and ultimately replaced the carpet and padding, fully resolving the problem. Management sends out notifications/texts to keep residents up to date on community happenings and are very communicative. We're very happy with our experience so far and are grateful for the team's responsiveness and support. Big thanks to Lisa and Maintenance for helping make our move easier!

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Lisa at Town Station Apartments in Cary, NC, because she truly deserves every bit of appreciation. From my experience, Lisa consistently goes above and beyond in ways that make a lasting impression. One of the first things I noticed about Lisa is her incredible patience. No matter the situation or how many questions come her way, she handles everything with calmness and understanding. She takes the time to explain things thoroughly and makes sure you never feel rushed or overlooked. That level of attentiveness is rare and speaks volumes about her dedication. Her professionalism is outstanding. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable about her role, the leasing process, and the community itself. She provides clear, detailed information and always makes sure you are aware of all available options, allowing you to make the best decision for your needs. She doesn’t just give answers—she makes sure you fully understand them, which builds a strong sense of trust. Lisa is also incredibly detail-oriented. Every step of the process is handled with care and precision, and she follows through on everything she says. You can truly rely on her to get things done efficiently and correctly the first time. She is organized, proactive, and always one step ahead, which makes the entire experience smooth and stress-free. What really stands out most is how caring and passionate Lisa is about her job. Any concerns or requests I’ve had have been handled quickly and efficiently, and she always follows up to make sure everything is taken care of.
