  Brampton Moors was my home for 5 years and I can honestly say it was a pleasure. When I moved to Cary Brampton Moors was the first apartment I looked at and it just felt right. It's in the heart of Cary nestled between a lake and beautiful trees. Brampton Moors is a quiet community full of honest hard working people. More than just the nature and great neighbors, Brampton Moors has a kind, compassionate and empathetic office staff. They have always treated me very well and have made living in Brampton Moors an absolute pleasure. If you love nature, great neighbors and are looking for your next home, look no further.

  For the last month i just wanted to say i have experienced not just astonishing but extraordinary service from your maintenance team. Your new supervisor Andrew is a smart and good supervisor, much better than that last guy. Andrew seems to know what he is talking about and gets things done the right way the first time!! You don’t find that kind of help often. Thank you Staci for hiring this young man. I am Coming from building B103 and I will remain anonymous as I want them to feel good knowing myself and others in this group pay attention daily, keep up the good work. That other young man, the tall one I don’t recall his name is very hard working and will listen to the residents needs, we need that. Great job Brampton!

  We love living here. We are loving our new apartment with the lake view in our backyard. Carol and the admin team have been so amazing and have treated us like family since day one. Would highly recommend getting an apartment here :)

  BRAMPTON MOORS IS A WONDERFUL, DIVERSE AND PEACEFUL PLACE TO HANG YOUR HAT THE MAINTENANCE CREW AND OFFICE STAFF ARE A JOY TO WORK WITH AND A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT GOES TO CAROL SHE HAS THE PERFECT FRIENDLY PERSONALITY NEEDED FOR THIS PUBLIC ENVIRONMENT I DONT KNOW HOW MUCH SHE MAKES BUT ITS NOT ENOUGH

  Initially, I setup a tour for an apartment but the weather washed that away! This time, I drove up without a timeframe setup and Rich was happy and provided the best customer service! He walked me through two apartments and answered all of my questions and provided follow up instructions and communication. There’s a 100% possibility that I’ll be applying for an apartment at Brampton Moors Apartments soon! Rich is doing a great job and I was impressed!
