  Hello, Myself and others wanted to make sure we address this. Andrew has been absolutely wonderful and a blessing for this community. I cant say enough nice things about this young man. No matter the obstacles he seems to always make sure to get things done. Even if a bad day comes, he shows the residents here respect and kindness that is just needed. He has really helped this community become more loving and peaceful with fixing all of our issues. He brings knowledge, respect, so good with animals, kids and my favorite thing, a smile! Always says hi to everyone at the pool and makes sure the water is taken care of, even gave floats out! Andrew has continued to make a difference even with everyone and everything that pulls him in all directions. We cant thank him enough and I hope the office and company keeps him here for as long as possible. So much better knowing we have someone like him to show the care and love for this property.   I really like this beautiful property with its lake and walking trails and it even has a pool and a gym 😄 Carol is an awesome assistant property manager and she made it easy for me to move in last March, and is very responsive and friendly when I need anything 😉

  Brampton Moors was my home for 5 years and I can honestly say it was a pleasure. When I moved to Cary Brampton Moors was the first apartment I looked at and it just felt right. It's in the heart of Cary nestled between a lake and beautiful trees. Brampton Moors is a quiet community full of honest hard working people. More than just the nature and great neighbors, Brampton Moors has a kind, compassionate and empathetic office staff. They have always treated me very well and have made living in Brampton Moors an absolute pleasure. If you love nature, great neighbors and are looking for your next home, look no further.

  For the last month i just wanted to say i have experienced not just astonishing but extraordinary service from your maintenance team. Your new supervisor Andrew is a smart and good supervisor, much better than that last guy. Andrew seems to know what he is talking about and gets things done the right way the first time!! You don’t find that kind of help often. Thank you Staci for hiring this young man. I am Coming from building B103 and I will remain anonymous as I want them to feel good knowing myself and others in this group pay attention daily, keep up the good work. That other young man, the tall one I don’t recall his name is very hard working and will listen to the residents needs, we need that. Great job Brampton!
