  I was struck by a car while crossing in a pedestrian crosswalk. It was a frightening experience, and in the weeks that followed, the last thing I wanted to deal with was an insurance claim. Roman Austin took that burden off my shoulders. Other than providing information when they asked for it, I didn't have to manage anything. They handled the entire claim and kept us informed. Their support allowed me to focus on recovering instead of worrying about paperwork and negotiations. Throughout the process, everyone I worked with was kind, helpful, and reassuring. My case had a positive outcome, and I'm grateful for their care and professionalism. If you've been injured in an accident, I highly recommend them.

  I would highly recommend Mark Roman and John Austin! They were extremely great to work with, constant communication, explaining the process, and worked extremely hard to make sure I was getting the proper medical attention throughout the case. The people in the office checked in with me constantly and answered questions and even helped navigating medical bills not associated with my case to be taken care of with my private insurance.   I am so thankful that I found Austin to be my lawyer. When my case first started, I was nervous that it was going to be difficult because I sustained injuries while my vehicle was relatively fine. However, Austin and his team made sure that my voice was heard and that I wasn't alone in fighting against the insurance company. At first, the insurance company offered me 10% of the maximum amount available, but Austin assured me that my case was worth much more than that. Not after Austin was able to get my insurance company to pay out the maximum underinsured motorist coverage and the opposing insurance company to pay out 80% of their maximum coverage. In the end, I received about 10 times more than the amount they initially offered me. Austin and his team aren't regular lawyers—they truly make you feel like family. They care about more than the case; they genuinely care about you as a person. Because of the way I was represented and how Austin and his team treated me throughout the process, they will be my family's lawyers for any future legal matters. I couldn't be more thankful for everything they did for me.
