  They are THE BEST. I’m incredibly grateful that I chose Roman & Austin for my case. To John and his entire team at the law firm for everything they did for me after I was involved in a bad car wreck. From the very beginning, they were extremely knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, and supportive. They guided me through every step of the process and made a very stressful and difficult situation much easier to handle. John and his team worked incredibly hard on my behalf and helped me obtain a significant settlement that was truly life-changing for me.   2-3 days following my Nov 17th, 2024 violent rear end crash, I felt that the neck injury i received was going to cause me medical, rehab, and chiro treatments into the future. I had never been involved in a lawsuit in my 64 yrs. I was apprehensive at 1st about going into the process but felt it was the right thing to do. After searching local lawyers in my area, I found Roman and Austin Law Group. They had a 5.0 rating and good reviews. I decided not to call but just walk in the front door. Immediately I was greeted by a friendly receptionist Lindsey. After a brief description of my car crash incident, Lindsey told me to have a seat. Within 2 minutes John Austin greeted me with a handshake and invited me into an empty adjoining conference room. After listening to the details of my crash, John explained the process of recovering the medical and rehab bills that I had already begun accruing with the ambulance and emergency room visit the night of the 17th. John said he would attempt to recover these and future costs from the insurance company of the driver at fault. After spending 60 minutes with John Austin, my gut feeling was relief.. that i need not go searching for any other Law groups. I felt confident that John would "do what he said he would do." John explained to me that prior to defending auto crash victims, he had practiced many years on the other side, representing the insurance companies. I had trust in John's knowledge and strategies throughout the entire process. I never felt anxious or reluctant in the 20 months it took to settle my case. I am so grateful to have found John Austin and the Roman Law Group. All of the staff were very professional and on point.. John was able to recover the maximum award from the Insurance Co's without me having to go through the Judge, Jury, and courtroom process. I highly recommend Roman and Austin to anyone who feels they have received bodily injury following a car crash. They represent a smaller local Law Group that will make you feel that you are somebody.. Something I don't feel I would have gotten from some of these big Law Firms.

  I had an amazing experience with Roman Austin. It has been just over a year since my car accident, and I went through a lot , a concussion, neck injury, and lower back issues that caused numbness. Throughout the entire process, the team consistently checked in on me and made sure I was healing, not just handling the legal side. Their communication, care, and professionalism made a difficult year so much easier to navigate. I’m truly grateful for the outcome and for everyone at Roman Austin who supported me along the way.   Miles and the team at Austin Roman always go above and beyond and show real compassion whenever dealing with my cases in the past! so when my brother reach out to me to see if I knew of anyone reputable and trustworthy I immediately recommend miles from Austin Roman, he tried Morgan & Morgan but said they had him waiting 3+ weeks just to get started but not with miles he immediately got exactly into it! Great people to work with definitely won’t regret it!!

  John Austin and his team really were the best choice I could have made when choosing who to represent my difficult case. It was very overwhelming to be faced with the decision of picking a firm, and a family member had previously had a great experience with Roman Austin, so I thought it was the best choice for me. I was involved in a high speed hit and run, and was left with severe back and neck pain that has tremendously altered my day to day activity over the past year. I have been in so much pain. I initially had little to no hope based on the lack of information about the other driver, but John and his team were there for me the entire way to answer my endless questions while keeping me informed. The entire staff at Roman Austin is so kind and caring. The case ended on a positive note with a settlement that exceeded what I thought possible, and I cannot thank John enough.
