  I would highly recommend Mr. Yormak’s law firm, most attorneys I had called before I found him had no idea what I was trying to explain was going on at my workplace. Mr Yormak had absolutely no problem both understanding and explaining to me in more detail exactly what was wrong and what we could do together. He represented me to the fullest extent, always answered promptly when I reached out, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He worked with me to ensure we could continue my case in a timely manner as I struggled between jobs, moving, ect. , and in the end won my case and got everything I had worked for and more. If I could give 10 stars I would! Hiring him was the best thing I did for my family.

  I was referred to Benjamin by a friend and felt he was very unknowledgeable about my situation and was trying to steer me down a path I did not feel comfortable with. Ben kept telling me to file a Whistleblower suit which did not pertain to me. So I did what I do with any attorney I am considering hiring, looked him up on Pacer. I did not feel comfortable every Federal case he is a part of and there are over 30 is whistleblower cases or him suing his brother or his brother suing him. Its like these two brothers just became attorneys to sue each other. I am not kidding look him up its disturbing and I am glad I did not retain him even though it would have been on a contingency basis I still did not feel comfortable.
