- DYD Yar4 days ago2.0I came in to purchase some 2 cycle oil and once at the self checkout my military account never works when scanning drivers licenses. Needless to say I had to scan it 3 times then "Deb" came over to tell me that I needed to go on the website to register. I told her Ive been on there and it's there, she then asked me was it my account as could I show proof of being military, once I showed her my ID card she walked off and said "I'm done with this guy"!

This was about my return that was past 90 days but the manager with whom I spoke over phone (Mr Mike) promised to have this returned but on visiting the shop, the customer support was not fully aware of things. And the manager Mr Duane was again didn’t deliver a positive experience , though it could’ve been communicated better, was rude. To conclude, a trip wasted, false communication and a bad customer experience.

Since I only have an SUV, I was concerned about picking up a large number of fence pickets and lumber that might leave dirt in my car. I initially placed a delivery order, but Helen from the store called ahead of time and let me know that the team could wrap the materials to keep my vehicle clean if I chose pickup instead—and also save on delivery costs. I followed her suggestion and updated my order. After placing it online, I called the store to request the wrapping, and Yosi kindly confirmed everything would be ready in just 15 minutes. When I arrived, both Helen and Yosi were already waiting in the lumber area with my order neatly wrapped and prepared. They even helped load everything into my SUV. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the outstanding service from Helen and Yosi—two wonderful and dedicated team members!
