- DMDisha ModhaSep 22, 20265.0I recently purchased a customized Sactional sofa with reclining seats, and I couldn’t be happier with both the final product and the incredible service I received in-store! From the moment I walked in, the entire floor team went above and beyond. Buying a modular sectional can feel overwhelming with all the options, but they walked me through every step of the process. They provided essential insights and key information that truly helped me land on the perfect setup for my space—nailing the exact size, layout configuration, color, and add-on features I needed. What impressed me most was how collaborative the team was. Each team member played a crucial role in helping me make my decisions, bringing different ideas and details to light. On top of their expertise, everyone was exceptionally friendly, patient, and welcoming. They made me feel completely comfortable asking as many questions as I needed without ever making me feel silly or rushed. If you are thinking about investing in a Sactional, do yourself a favor and work with this team. Incredible customer service and an amazing sofa!
