- BMBrian MechamSep 19, 20265.0Had exactly what we were looking for.
- LBLacey BrooksSep 13, 20261.0I was very shocked and disappointed with Kimberly’s sour attitude towards me yesterday when I came in to return a 4.99 item. She insinuated that I was lying about a return I was making because I did not come in sooner. I understand that as a manager you have to worry about loss prevention and all that jazz, but Kimberly was very bitter about it, so now, everytime I visit my favorite craft store, I’ll have to be reminded of how unfair I was spoken to. After she walked away, the cashier, Caleb looked at me and said that now I know how he’s treated, and didn’t seem too happy. I cannot believe hobby lobby allows someone so disrespectful and rude to customers to work on the frontlines. Please do better, Hobby Lobby
- FCFrankie CiaramitaroSep 5, 20265.0Great staff and selection!
- ALAshley LovejoyAug 19, 20261.0The manger Karen will try to make you feel like you’re useless. Called and ask for corporate information for job vertification and she advise me she will give it to me but I can look that information up on the internet. I think the manager “Karen” was having bad day. Being nice can really go a long way. I do understand working with people can be extremely hard due to a lot of different personalities but when you are face of the store- sometimes you have to be nice even when you don’t want to. It is the job. I don’t work for the store but I wouldn’t work for the store either.
- THTom HollandAug 8, 20265.0I was shopping at Hobby Lobby with Ned today, looking for some crafts to make a gift for MJ, when I came across a very well-mannered young man by the name of Wade Hopper! My spidey-sense told me I was in good hands. His pathing through Hobby Lobby was flawless. After we got there he said, “My pleasure, brotato chip,” and then proceeded to do a sick backflip! I’ve met a lot of talented people in my life, but Wade is truly in a league of his own legend, I'd trust this kid with the multiverse. No Way Home? More like No Way I'm leaving without giving this guy 5 stars! With great customer service come great responsibility and Wade clearly understands that. 😁 A raise must be put in place for my new friend. Mr. Stark would've approved.❤️🕷💙 Thanks, Wade! —Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man
