  Hollie was the only staff member I saw working and the only staff member that was communicative. Will be back only because Hollie was so amazing to us. She was working the register, prepping the salad bar, and managing customers.

  Margs were great, taco's and quesobirria tacos were great, chips could be a bit fresher. Issue I've had with Poncho and now this place, every time I have ate here, I get sick. Thought with change of name/ new restaurant, it would be different. Unfortunately, my wife and I were kissing the porcelain throne. That's three strikes and never going back. Thank you for the cleanse. The service was great and friendly, we still tipped and still enjoyed the ambiance.

  My husband and I tried out Edley’s tacos for the first time and had a lovely experience! I like the simple, but customizable menu. Service was really quick, and I loved the addition of the taco bar to make it your own. Food had great flavor, too. The real standout of the meal though was the staff. Every single person was so friendly and helpful. I would go back just to support the amazing staff! Please don’t let the initial negative reviews scare you. Give this place a try, and support local neighborhood businesses!!

  I was greeted by Hollie when I entered with a smile and great attitude. Liz the manager was an absolute pleasure to talk to.! She definitely made my day. I could talk to get all day every day. I will definitely be back and telling all of my friends about this place. Also I got loaded nachos and they were so good.! 10/10 definitely recommend.

  Don’t listen to the other reviews. This place is extremely good, and one of the few restaurants with a high quality salad bar. Although, I warn you, don’t get the tacos! Their portion sizes are far too small for the price! Get a bowl or, my favorite, the pit master’s special for a large amount of quality food. That way, depending on how hungry you are, you can add all the tomatoes, pico, lettuce, and pickled onions you want. The service is really fast no wait for a table. Would recommend for anyone who wants some good Mexican food.
