  We had a family dinner here on September 23rd with everyone looking forward to an enjoyable time. Unfortunately it went downhill quickly when a party of about 10 came in. They had definitely been drinking, we're EXTREMELY LOUD to the point we could not carry on a normal volume conversation at our table. They began practicing their karaoke songs and became more obnoxious. Several of our party went to the manager, Mike, and discussed this situation with him. Unfortunately he chose to do nothing. Thank you for a terrible experience.

  We started off with a not-so-hospitable host. No smile just 25 minute wait. I was unhappy at this point because I called a week before to make a reservation but was told they shouldn't be busy on a Wednesday at 7pm or so. After we waited then we were seated. There were at least 1/2 of the tables empty. We ordered. Our waitress was very nice but very busy with a large table of like 10 or so customers. The food came and the shrimp was overdone and my husband's fries were also overdone. We will not go back again.

  So I normally won't trash a restaurant, but I am going to start with the good. Service from our waiter was good. This would have been a five star rating but the Manager (Mike) would not correct another set of diners. These people were cackling, laughing, and talking extremely loud to the point where we were having a hard time hearing our own conversation at our table from accross the restaurant. Mike the manager was asked multiple times to address the table that was being excessively loud but instead chose to do nothing thus ruining the experience for multiple parties trying to enjoy this restaurants ambiance.

  Visiting Branson and we had been looking forward to our dinner here for about a week. Server Orion was awesome. There was a large group of adults seated on the opposite side of the restaurant that were so loud, we could hear the details of their conversation better than our own with them - no kidding, 70 feet away. We and several other tables spoke to Mike the manager. Mike said them being drunk and loud was not a reason to remove them from the restaurant, and refused to compensate us for a negative experience. He didn’t even apologize for the experience we were having. Such poor management. Needless to say, we will not be back. If you’re looking for a Walmart/Applebys dining experience with mid scale pricing and average food, This is your place. If you want a place for your loud obnoxious group with no social behavior or self awareness expectations, this is your place. If you’re looking for a restaurant that doesn’t respect the experience you have while spending your hard earned money deserves, this is your place. We expected more, and the Fish House did not deliver! Nor did its management. Very disappointing experience from the Bass Pro team. It will be my message to anyone coming to Branson. It’s not our place. Try Guy Fieris (5 min walk away). Great food and MUCH better atmosphere!

  Excellent service, overall food good except coconut shrimp was overcooked. Unfortunately there was a VERY loud group in the restaurant, several of us spoke with the manager, Mike, who was unwilling to address it. They disturbed everyone else in the restaurant, other diners also unhappy. Restaurant staff all agreed they were too loud, but manager would not address. Will not return under current management. Very disappointing.....planned nice family dinner but couldn't hear each other talk at our own table. Worst dining experience....perhaps ever!
