  I’ve been coming to this location since the day they opened in our neighborhood. They offer a great variety of food, from wraps and burgers to salads and other menu items, and I’ve tried most of them over the years. The food is consistently very good, which is probably why they’ve become so popular and busy every day, especially on Fridays. Unfortunately, it seems like order management has become an issue as their popularity has grown. I placed two orders over the last two weeks through DoorDash. The app estimated a 10-minute wait, and since the restaurant is only about four minutes from my house, I walked over to pick it up. However, both times I ended up waiting 40–45 minutes for my food. Today was especially frustrating. Even though DoorDash said the order would be ready in 10 minutes, it actually took 40 minutes, causing me to miss the first part of my work meeting. While I was waiting, I noticed people who arrived after me and ordered at the kiosk received their food before I did, even though I had placed my order through the app 40 minutes earlier. This was really disappointing and unexpected. I hope the restaurant recognizes this issue and improves the way they handle online and pickup orders moving forward.

  I’ve ordered from nom nom off door dash (delivery) and class pass (pickup) and it’s been dependably good! The staff at the window are super pleasant and the basic smash cheeseburger hits the spot everytime. Perfect ratio of crunchy fresh toppings, perfectly cooked burger, and yummy sauce! Definitely on my consistent rotation of take out! ❤️

  Food was absolutely fantastic, they did make me wait way too long for a simple hamburger. Like 34 minutes and you have to stand there on the corner waiting there’s no seats or anything and the guys at the counter aren’t too friendly.
