  Came here for Mother's Day because everywhere else was super busy. The service was not great. We were upsold stuff without being told. We were being upsold, for example, I asked for pink lemonade. They brought a strawberry lemonade, and then when I asked for a refill for my son, they informed me that strawberry lemonades weren't free.Only pink lemonades were which is what I ordered initially. The food seemed to be loop warm at best.The staff was talking loudly and joking around and kind of annoying in the entrance to the kitchen. I remember long ago, going to bas pro and that restaurant having long wait and just being where you would go to eat should have known that it wouldn't be good when they said there was a 30 minute wait. But only an eighth of the tables were full. It was a bit of a letdown.

  We had wonderful time here at Islamorada Fish Company celebrating my husband's 75th birthday !!The service was great & everyone enjoyed their food. We also were allowed to bring in our own cake!! We made a reservation due to our size-20 people.

  Fudge shop - Ceci & Mina were extremely polite, professional & helpful. Darri also was very exuberant and helpful when it came to explaining her employees and services. All had fantastic customer service skills.

  I'm giving this one star overall due to false advertising on the menu. Take the Grouper off your menu! If you don't have it and haven't had it since covid, don't advertise it. I'm originally from South Florida and was excited to see it on the menu. I live in CA now and drove an hour and half to get the grouper. Imagine my disappointment when I find out the grouper is not available. It is was orange roughy. I'm not really sure what that is. I decided to still get the "crab crusted grouper" and that was a bad choice. The crab crust looked like a crab cake that was smashed like a pancake on top of it and the fish was thin and overcooked. Horrible food experience and grossly overpriced. On the flip side, the broccoli was delicious, my son said his sesame ahi tuna was very good, and the sweet potato fries were delicious. I will NEVER come back here due to the false advertising but the wait staff was wonderful.

  My family and I came to bass pro shop and came across this restaurant and took a look at their online menu and decided to give it a try. Their corn bread muffins are amazing, the chicken tenders we ordered for our kids taste so fresh and home made. The food was delicious, our server Sal was amazing. Definitely will be bringing my family back 10/10 highly recommended.
