Tengo una semana de estar queriendo comprar pan dulce, pero el mueble o vitrina donde esta el producto esta en malas condiciones, me e llevado la sorpresa de encontrar hasta 3 moscas adentro mañosiando en pan.la salud ante todo gracias
Second time I come here and the workers are profiling me thinking I'm stealing when I'm shopping. Makes me feel uncomfortable I even stopped shopping because the worker kept following literally sweeping by my feet rude.. not coming here anymore.👎👎
i came here to buy meat for a party and the employees were really nice. They helped me on what i needed to make a good carne asada, and offered me delicious crema and queso. On top of that The cashiers were really nice. I will be coming back here to buy more groceries.
I visited Superior Grocers (2214 S San Pedro St, Los Angeles) on April 1, 2026 around 4:10 PM and had a very upsetting experience at the meat counter.
I was clearly next in line, but the employee repeatedly looked past me and asked other customers if they needed help before assisting me. I was skipped multiple times while standing there waiting.
I was also the only Black customer at the counter, and I was the only one not being acknowledged. Regardless of intent, being treated that way felt unfair and discriminatory.
At one point, another customer even noticed I was waiting and tried to point me out to the employee, but I was still ignored.
I’ve noticed similar patterns at Superior locations in this area where I feel overlooked compared to others being helped first. It’s fine to serve a diverse customer base, but no customer should feel disregarded or disrespected while simply trying to shop.
I reported this to the store and received a generic apology, but no real resolution or follow-up. I have also attempted to contact corporate and have not received a response.
Customers should be treated equally and helped in the order they arrive. No one should feel ignored or singled out.
At this point, I will not be returning to this location.

The best location in Los Angeles! Stop by for breakfast or lunch the hot food always has good quality for a super cheap price. $1 for Flautas on Tuesdays, ask for Martina she always has the best service!
