  would like to make a complaint about my experience with the cashier Jennifer Pastor during my recent visit. After paying for my food, I asked the cashier if she could bag my food. She refused and told me, “No, you have to do it yourself.” I felt that her response was rude and disrespectful, especially since I was simply asking for assistance. I understand that employees may be busy, but I believe customers should be treated with courtesy and respect. I would appreciate it if this situation could be addressed with the cashier so that other customers do not have a similar experience. Thank you for taking the time to look into my complaint.

  This store is a disappointment to business. They allow the lines to get beyond and possibly long, and instead of opening more registers they have people cleaning them instead. I see customers walking by asking them if they’re going to open just to receive a no. customers with three items have to be put in the same line as customers that are buying groceries for the week. This is a terrible store and they need better management because what they are doing is not good for the people of this community. This is a food desert, and yet the only grocery store that is here treats its people that come and shop here like they are nothing but cattle.

  Nice Latino supermarket, large selection of groceries, and prepared food. Prices are fair.
