My little brother ordered an all-a-cart quesadilla ($2 at every other Chipotle location we’ve been to) and they charged us the price of the full kids meal and didn’t tell us until we had already paid. The staff were not understanding about this and didn’t offer to give us the sides that should come with the meal they charged us for. also, the chips were stale. Disappointed.

I have a specific thing I like to order, which is the half pint of chicken with chips. And maybe a scoop of guac I’ve never ever seen anybody at a chipotle pull out a scale. As she was filling the chicken in the half pint, I had ordered. She filled it up about 90% and then put it on the scale. Then she proceeded to take 1/3 of it out. Do not patronize this store until the owner figures out that he can’t cheat and short sale people. To the Owner.//Manager Unbelievable that you were trying to fill up one of these half pint cups 2/3 of the way and sell it for a full price. Take your business down the street there is a lot more options
