  I was assigned to Ariel for a haircut after just walking in off the street. She was friendly and made my first time at Paul Mitchell an awesome experience. I don’t normally write reviews. But Ariel just had a way of making me feel comfortable in her chair. And my haircut came out great! Thank you!

  It takes a very long time commitment to get services done for low quality work. Meanwhile the technicians are standing by at the end of your services waiting for their tip making it uncomfortable if you don’t leave a gratuity. I left with nicks in my cuticles and clear coat because of lack of colors. Very sweet technicians but will not be returning.

  I love the back of my hair. I got color and highlights but the front of my hair the bang area I guess is all highlight no color but when I got home, I noticed there was a lot of color stain on my face a lot., but what’s worse is the right side of my face the peach fuzz hair on my face is all died so now it’s all died. I don’t know what’s gonna happen with that side of my face because it’s all the dark hair so it looks like I need to shave it I don’t know what to do. The young Student was very kind and sweet. This was my first experience you’re not sure that I will go back plus the charge was $90 and I was told it was gonna be about 40 or 50 so I was a little bit confused there and with a $20 tip that was $110 Visit

  Update: Although i had a negative experience with booking with one of the girls working the front desk previously, the owner was kind enough to offer me or my mother a complimentary service to make up for it so i took up the offer. s/o to Holly for being kind & booking me an appointment. I got my hair done w Jasmine & she did an amazing job with my service & my blowout lasted all week! Very great experience & would recommend her for your services!

  Students are great! The score is based off front ladies and how everything is ensuring students are upselling. Students can not even offer an little extra without being afraid someone is going to see. I got my toes and a facial. I upgraded my pedi and it was not worth it. The student did a great job, but its just what the add on is that is not much. Had to be charged extra 15 to take off nail polish that took 2 minutes. A student being able to do that for free makes your pedi feel more special and also increases tips. I still gave a good tip. Its not her fault the school is hovering and making sure all is charged. During the facial, my student was so nice and she did an amazing job! Definitely earned her tip and more. BuT Once again someone hovering over her and telling her all negative things about her paperwork and to upsell. Leaving they make the same suggestions. It feels like they use the students to make money. They are doing to much. As I was paying I was given my total, I asked for confirmation of the amount. I knew my bill was big because I deserved all I got, lol, but after she changed me I went to go deliver tips and she hunted me down saying I needed to pay them more! Lol I get it if she messed up but she was needing to charge the rest because she forgot to include one of the upgrades but it was just the money money money vibe you get when you are there. Students are great, but that school is GREEDY with the attitude. Prices should and can be paid without the greed.
