Anytime a box is larger than the mailbox they refuse delivery and make us drive in to collect it. No excuse. You lazy worthless single brain cell workers have 1 job! I know it’s hard for you to count that high but 1 single job! Deliver! The! Mail! NOPE! Every time there is an excuse and I am so sick of it. Todays item is for my job. I needed it today! I paid for delivery TODAY! I get a pink slip that says my mailbox is full. This wouldn’t fit in the mailbox. It weighs less than 2 pounds but it is bigger than a breadbox. NOPE these lazy people are holding it hostage at the post office and I now have to leave my job tomorrow and drive to go collect it. More than 50% of our packages get held and not delivered and they always tell us the same thing. She just didn’t want to try and fit a bigger item in her vehicle to deliver it. IT’S LITERALLY HER ONLY JOB!?!?! Someone needs to audit these people!!! This facility needs to clean house and all of them should be replaced! The hateful witches who work the counter! The idiots who don’t like bigger boxes in their vehicles. And the manager who allows it all to happen! Shameful and pathetic.
