The back office of this place is basically a black hole – who knows what will come out the other side, and when it will come out. The regional postal director ought to close the doors... shameful
- ZZZvJun 2, 20261.0Only in government can you fidget with a stapler for 5 minutes while you have people in line, I stood in line longer at the post office then it took me to drive to FedEx have them package my shipment and send it. There's a reason why competent people don't work at the post office.

I am writing this review to express my deepest gratitude and highest praise for Elena at the 15455 Manchester Rd post office in Ballwin. Every single time I come here to mail my packages, Elena provides an absolutely outstanding service. She is incredibly patient, meticulous, and always greets customers with the warmest, most welcoming attitude. Mailing packages can sometimes be stressful, but Elena’s kind and helpful demeanor makes the entire process seamless and pleasant. She truly goes above and beyond. To be completely honest, the service here is like night and day compared to my experiences at the 613 Big Bend Rd post office in Manchester. The staff member there could truly learn a lot from Elena's professionalism and work ethic. Elena represents the absolute best image of the United States Postal Service. I feel incredibly fortunate to have this location as my local post office thanks to her. She is a shining example of what excellent customer service should look like, and I sincerely hope the management recognizes her hard work and sets her as a role model for others! Thank you, Elena, for always being so wonderful!

Today I discovered from the post office supervisor that because Monday was a holiday and yesterday there was an excessive amount of mail to deliver, that half the mail carriers called in sick. Unbelievable! Unacceptable! Do your job! I guess the motto neither rain nor hail nor sleet nor dead of night no longer applies.
