- JJJackieOct 18, 20243.0I am writing because I feel reviews are extremely important ( especially nowadays). I also think it’s important to express that I had an amazing experience with the stylists who did my hair and also my makeup. Overall I loved how my hair and makeup turned out and everyone was so nice and kind. Even those who I didn’t have one on one interaction with. Everyone except the one lady at the front desk. Which is sad because it took one person to make me have the “not so great experience” I had. She just was not friendly at all, didn’t make eye contact, and overall just didn’t seem too pleasant. In my opinion if someone is going to be the one in the front checking people in, they should be friendly and welcoming to EVERYONE. It’s a shame because this one person set the tone for me as soon as I walked in the salon and also for me as I left. I hate to leave such a review, because I think overall everything was great except for the experience I had with the front desk. It could be helpful on your part to know about the one Individual and how her disposition could make someone feel as they enter and exit the salon. She would be the only reason I would not go back.
- LDLisa DavisOct 11, 20232.0I have been using Erika M for color and cut, and she is wonderful. She is the first colorist to preserve the blonde highlights during touch ups, which is great. Very nice salon in general too and I highly recommend. They are also usually on time which is appreciated. I am editing my review, just a warning. My stylist was out and I was given the option of rescheduling or using another stylist. I was not warned that they use tier pricing, and then I found out afterwards that the price for the cut was $70 not $55. I sought a remedy from management but was only given an apology. I think this was unprofessional and I am disappointed.
