  This was my first time ever getting a facial, so I honestly didn’t know what to expect, especially since it was my first time at this place. Delly was extremely friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. The facial was so relaxing that I literally fell asleep in less than five minutes! 😂 I definitely wasn’t expecting that. Overall, I had a great first experience and will most definitely be coming back. I’m already planning on making facials a regular part of my routine. Highly recommend Vanessa if you’re looking for someone who knows how to make you feel relaxed and taken care of!

  I had a back service done by Mau, not only was the experience great with an incredible atmosphere but Mau was very assuring and helped me when I struggled with certain parts of the procedure. She did a fantastic job explaining all the steps to me and performing an amazing service. Mau was sociable and responded promptly and professionally to any of my questions while supporting a laid back easy going environment. I would sincerely return again for a future appointment with Mau and look forward to seeing her improve from this already incredible service.

  Laura was so sweet and very conscientious when highlighting my hair! She did an excellent job and she took her time to make sure she correctly highlighted my hair! And her instructor and co student were absolutely amazing as well. They were very pleasant to be around and the positive energy and attitude was very welcoming.! I really enjoyed my experience and I will be back! I love my hair now! Before it was grey and mousey colored now it’s shiny and healthy!

  I had such a great experience,And I’m not just saying that because she’s my mom.Helda Yousif did my facial, she is a Monster of extraction and she didn’t do me a massage because she said you are my daughter you don’t need it :) but I can confirm she’s very good at it :).Helda was also she was very gentle, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. My skin felt so clean, soft, and refreshed afterward. She really takes her time and cares about making sure everything is done correctly. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing and amazing facial.

  I recently had a facial at Bellus Academy in El Cajon with Rana Al Yafeai, and I wanted to share what an outstanding experience it was. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. I was greeted by Rana, who helped me complete all of the necessary paperwork and carefully explained every step of the facial treatment. She asked detailed questions about my skin, sun exposure, sunscreen use, and other important information to ensure the treatment would be safe and appropriate for me. I appreciated how thorough and professional she was. After the paperwork was completed, I was escorted into the treatment room where Rana introduced me to her instructor and explained what she would be doing during the facial. Throughout the entire process, she communicated with me every step of the way, making sure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. During the chemical peel portion of the facial, Rana asked me to rate the sensation on my face on a scale from 0 to 10. At first, I said it felt like a 5, but she encouraged me to be completely honest because my safety was her top priority. When I told her the sensation had increased to about a 7, she immediately stopped what she was doing and quickly removed the chemical from my face. That moment truly impressed me. Many people can follow the steps they are taught, but Rana demonstrated something that cannot simply be taught in a classroom—genuine care and compassion for her client. Instead of focusing only on completing her practical exam, she focused on making sure I was safe, comfortable, and would leave without any problems. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and concern for my well-being went far beyond what I expected. Her care did not end when the facial was over. Before I left, she made sure I applied sunscreen and reminded me how important it was to continue using it over the next several days. Even more impressive, she followed up with me later that evening and again the next day to make sure my skin was responding well and that I was doing okay. That level of dedication and personal care is rare. I even felt bad that my treatment took extra time because of the additional care she provided, but Rana assured me that her priority was making sure I left with healthy, protected skin. That speaks volumes about the kind of esthetician she is becoming. Bellus Academy should be proud of students like Rana Al Yafeai. The academy is clearly doing an excellent job preparing future professionals, but Rana brings something even more valuable to her work—kindness, integrity, exceptional customer care, and a genuine commitment to her clients’ safety and satisfaction. If I could give Rana more than five stars, I absolutely would. She earned not just an A on her exam, but 200% for her outstanding professionalism, compassion, and commitment to providing exceptional care. Thank you, Rana, for making my experience so positive. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an esthetician who truly cares about her clients.
