Yesenia did an excellent job cleaning and polishing my nails(gel manicure). She was skilled and paid great attention to detail. Also, Stephanie Nguyen at the front desk was very kind, patient, and helpful with scheduling appointments. I highly recommend them both for their excellent service!

Came in for a much needed brow wax and lamination. This was my first time getting lamination done and it won’t be my last. Rose did a beautiful job with the shape of my eyebrows. She understood how I wanted to maintain my fullness and still managed to correct my left brow ever so slightly.

Sat there for five hours to have uneven hair and no layers… the instructors were not attentive clearly. Also they claimed to have used a clear gloss but somehow the top of my head and roots is now a lighter color. I noticed the top of my head looking lighter brown and I brought it to the girl who was doing my hair’s attention but she told me it was the “lighting”. Mind you my roots are now BROWN. AND my bangs are uneven… which is funny because that’s the part the instructor did. Would not recommend for even a fly. The vet tech who shaved my cat’s fur for his procedure did a better hair job. I understand that the student is not as experienced, and I’m not blaming her however there needs to be more supervision, communication, diligence and assessment of their ability to work on a client.

I have been coming here for years, and it’s not always that I get a student that did such an amazing job with my facial last night. It’s been awhile since I had been in to get one and I was so happy they booked me with Helda Yousif. If you are need for some me time which I believe we all do, she is the perfect person to ask for. She’s graduating at the end of the month so hurry and book her you’re face and neck and shoulders will thank you :)

I had such a great experience with Sebastian! I came in for an all-over color to match my natural hair color and a trim, and he did an amazing job. What really stood out to me was how comfortable he made me feel throughout the entire appointment. He kept me informed every step of the way, explained what he was doing and what his plan was before moving forward, and regularly made sure I was comfortable with everything. He was also incredibly gentle and has such a light touch, which made the whole experience really relaxing. I also had a work meeting scheduled in the middle of my appointment, and Sebastian was so kind and accommodating about letting me step away to take the call and working around it without making me feel rushed or like it was an inconvenience. I really appreciated that. Sebastian was professional, thoughtful, patient, and easy to trust with my hair. I left really happy with both my color and trim, and I would absolutely recommend him. He has a great way of making you feel taken care of throughout the entire process, and I think he’ll do really well in this career!
