  Elizabeth was wonderful! She gave an excellent back massage with just the right amount of pressure, firm and effective without being uncomfortable. Her technique was great, and she clearly knows what she’s doing. She also has such a calm, warm, and pleasant presence, which made the whole experience even better. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend Elizabeth!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Bella’s Academy, especially considering this was my first time ever trying to visit the establishment\. Today, I called because I was interested in getting a facial\. I was actually referred by a friend who has had facials there and spoke highly of the establishment, so I decided to give it a try\. When I called, I pressed zero and spoke with the person who answered the phone\. She asked what type of facial I was looking for, and I explained that I was interested in something for acne\. Her response was a very dismissive and rude, “Ah,” followed by, “All of the facials are online\. You need to go online and look at them\.” The way she spoke to me was completely unnecessary\. I had never been there before, so I simply didn’t know that the facial options were listed online\. There was no reason to speak to a potential new customer as though I was inconveniencing her by asking a question\. At that point, I told her, “You’re being really nasty and rude,” and decided that I no longer wanted to make an appointment\. If this is how a potential customer is treated over the phone before they even spend a dollar at your establishment, I can only imagine how that customer service might continue in person\. I was genuinely willing to give Bella’s Academy my business because someone I know recommended the place\. Unfortunately, the interaction I had today completely changed my mind\. **Customer service matters\.** If someone is answering the phone and interacting with potential clients, they should be welcoming, patient, and willing to answer questions—especially when speaking with a first\-time customer\. I would strongly recommend reevaluating who is handling your phones because this type of interaction can absolutely cost you business\. I will not be getting my facial there\.

  I was a model for Olivia A. at the Chula Vista location. She did a back facial. I didn't even know those existed before today. Literally a facial for your back. It was so relaxing! She did exfoliating, a mask, massage, lotion, etc. I came out feeling refreshed. This service will definitely be added onto my list of self care things to do.

  I was a student here at Bellus for their esthetics program 101. Truly the best staff I experienced in the AM, 10/10! The teachers very much want you to be prepared and ready to pass you boards- so they will spend ample time to make sure you understand anything you may need extra attention with. The school also takes you on a few tours for supplies and job opportunities after graduating. A lovely shoutout to the director Yvonne!! I’ve never met someone so dedicated to change peoples lives by giving them every opportunity to succeed. Always ask as many questions as you need and the staff here will definitely give you a helping hand.

  I had such an amazing experience with Ximena! She cut and colored my hair, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. From the moment I sat in her chair, she made the entire experience feel like a luxury salon service. She was incredibly attentive, professional, and took her time making sure every detail was perfect. My color came out absolutely beautiful, and I love my cut! Ximena is seriously talented, and you would never know she is still a student. She made me feel completely comfortable and cared for throughout the entire appointment, and I walked out feeling like a million bucks. I would 100% recommend booking with her. She has such a bright future ahead of her, and I will definitely be coming back to see her!
