My friend and I were wandering around for 30 minutes this afternoon in the store looking for a hand cream that we couldn’t find (we assumed it’s not in stock or moved somewheres else). The presumed sales associates were just having a conversation between themselves at the front of the store. Not one soul had offered help or even said hello (after multiple employees walking by) so we just purchased another item by looking at online reviews. It just felt kinda goofy and unprofessional for such a big brand to pay employees (who I assume are there to help customers) to sit there and talk to each other instead of putting attention to the customers. I don’t know much about cosmetic stores as I’m a guy who doesn’t use makeup, but to put it in to perspective, the lack of customer service was worse than what you would expect from a store in Champlain Mall (or realistically any mall).
