  My husband and I are here in the East Coast from Manitoba. My skin has really not done well with the change in climate and travel, so I wanted to pick up some skin care items. We went in and were served quickly and found Sasha to be so friendly and helpful for product recommendations. She had a coupon for us, and also helped me redeem my birthday gift that I didn't even know I was entitled to haha 😅 She was so sweet to us. I left feeling excited to try my products, and also on cloud nine because a Winnipegger loves a good deal 👍👌 Also side note, it was great that someone was available to answer questions... in Winnipeg at my local Sephora store , I have a difficult time getting service . Thanks Sasha for treating us so well ❤️

  Sadie provided exceptional customer service during my visit to Sephora. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Her genuine care and human connection made the experience memorable, and she helped me find a product that I absolutely love. This is my first time leaving a Sephora review, and Sadie truly earned it. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

  I had a great experience at Sephora today! Sasha was absolutely amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She made me feel welcome and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. Excellent customer service and such a positive attitude. Thank you, Sasha, for making my visit so enjoyable!

  Poor customer service. My friend and I were wandering around for 30 minutes this afternoon in the store looking for a hand cream that we couldn’t find (we assumed it’s not in stock or moved somewheres else). The presumed sales associates were just having a conversation between themselves at the front of the store. Not one soul had offered help or even said hello (after multiple employees walking by) so we just purchased another item by looking at online reviews. It just felt kinda goofy and unprofessional for such a big brand to pay employees (who I assume are there to help customers) to sit there and talk to each other instead of putting attention to the customers. I don’t know much about cosmetic stores as I’m a guy who doesn’t use makeup, but to put it in to perspective, the lack of customer service was worse than what you would expect from a store in Champlain Mall (or realistically any mall).
