She was very kind and helpful and we ended up with the ‘Don’t Look at Me’ face mask! Overall a super positive experience that was bolstered by the representative. Will return soon for more!
- KPKatie PoundJul 16, 20265.0I was in yesterday afternoon (July 15th) and had one of the best customer service experiences ever! there was 4 staff that I saw, and they all helped me with different things. when I first walked in I was describing a perfume and a staff member with a garlic bread pin (I’m sorry I am bad with names) helped me go through all the perfumes with notes I was describing till I found it. Another staff member with short dark hair explained different hair masks to me, and helped me figure out one that could help my dry scalp, and gave me a sample a mask! a staff member with longer dark hair helped me sign up for lush points and was able to balance helping me and another person without making either of us feel unattended. the staff member at the counter with a ponytail told me about the new summer ween collection and helped my friends! they all knew so much about the products and how they were formulated. it was such a great experience and the staff are so welcoming and attentive.

What started as a quick shopping trip turned into a fun little spa experience as Jesse took the time to introduce us to new products and let us try some samples. The customer service was genuinely exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and personal. The sweetest part was when Jesse overheard us talking about my daughter's upcoming birthday and surprised her with a birthday bath bomb. That small act of kindness absolutely made her day and left a lasting impression on both of us. Thank you, Jesse, for making our visit so memorable. We'll definitely be back!

She was incredibly welcoming and took the time to ask about our skincare goals. She quickly found products that suited our needs and recommended some amazing hand scrubs. Ray thoroughly explained the ingredients in each product and what benefits they provide. Her knowledge, friendliness, and excellent customer service made our visit a great experience.
