My daughter and I stopped in to pick up a few bath bombs during our Mommy & Me day, and Jesse went above and beyond to make our visit special. What started as a quick shopping trip turned into a fun little spa experience as Jesse took the time to introduce us to new products and let us try some samples. The customer service was genuinely exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and personal. The sweetest part was when Jesse overheard us talking about my daughter's upcoming birthday and surprised her with a birthday bath bomb. That small act of kindness absolutely made her day and left a lasting impression on both of us. Thank you, Jesse, for making our visit so memorable. We'll definitely be back!

She was incredibly welcoming and took the time to ask about our skincare goals. She quickly found products that suited our needs and recommended some amazing hand scrubs. Ray thoroughly explained the ingredients in each product and what benefits they provide. Her knowledge, friendliness, and excellent customer service made our visit a great experience. I would definitely recommend stopping by!
- JJJanicMay 25, 20265.0On Sunday May 24th I went to Lush as I always do, but this time I was surprised with a whole experience rather then just buying my usual products. I am from Ottawa and have shopped lush over 10 years. I can`t live without the scrubee product, my skin is very itchy and the scrubee SAVES MY SKIN!!! I truly can`t live without it!! However this time two two employees, I am sorry I can`t remember their names, but I want them to get recognition for their attention to every person that walks into that store. It was an ASMR experience, so relaxing trying different soaps and moisturizers. I even got a lovely little hand massage out of it! I've been to many lush stores but the employees at this store make this place a little more special then the others.
