Our water reclamation system captures and filters up to 99% of the water used in every wash, so we can use as little as 20 gallons per car. - GCGianna C.3 days ago1.0Quick Quack damaged my car! After going through the car wash, I noticed that a piece of the exterior was completely missing. I went to a worker immediately, and they ended up finding it inside the car wash. They gave the part back to me but it was broken. I filed an incident report, but was disappointed when Quick Quack said they thought the damage was "pre-existing" so they wouldn't help me... What confuses me is that they could've reviewed security footage for proof this happened due to their car wash, but didn't bother. Anyway now I have to pay to get it fixed myself as a broke college student. Super annoyed. Regretting going in the first place.
- BTBraden TaylorSep 21, 20261.0I went during a “free car wash” promotion at this location this past Saturday where I was basically pushed into signing up for a membership that I was told I could cancel with no consequences/charges like a trial period. The staff member made it sound like this is how I got the free car wash and I wasn’t presented with any other option. I got an email with a charge for the $10 and in that email I also found that it is going to cost me $5 to cancel within the first 45 days. They had signed me up for the most expensive option through a promotional $10 for the first month that then it switches to $40 each following month (and a $5 fee if you cancel in the first 45 days). Hard to tell if this was a shady staff member trying to hit some sort of commission metrics or if they were coached to basically trick people into signing up for a membership that would either result in a $5 cancellation fee or people paying at least one month of most expensive membership. Either way, I’ll be using alternative car washes going forward.

After that he was extremely rude and started asking very personal questions and tried to humiliate me. Shaming people is not a way to try and sell car wash memberships.

Veronica did an awesome job guiding me through the sign-up process, explaining the options, and helping me understand how to take advantage of the opportunity available. Parker was also fantastic and added to the welcoming, positive experience. And honestly, kudos to the entire Quick Quack team! 🙌 Everyone I interacted with was professional, upbeat, and customer-focused. But because it was free I decided to go. When I got there, they were talking about there $9.99 deal for the first month I told the guy that I was not interested because I never go there and I also wash my car by hand, because of the bugs you have to hand wash it. He proceeded to talk me into the membership when I had already told him no two different times. He continued to push and he said it would get rid of the bugs. So I got the membership that I didn’t want and big shocker when I went to vacuum my car there were lots of bugs and I had to take wipe them off with the rags. I wash my car by hand for a reason and they were not taking no for an answer, now I have to go through the trouble of canceling my membership and still having to wash my car by hand.

Most standard vehicles can go through our wash, but we cannot accommodate the following: • Vehicles taller than 7 feet 2 inches • Tire widths over 13.5 inches • Dually trucks • Vehicles with bike racks or certain hitches • Trucks with debris in the bed • Vehicles with hardened mud • Vehicles with storage pods or ladder racks If you’re unsure, our Team Members can inspect your vehicle for wash eligibility.
