  I had scheduled appointment at 10 am through their website. There was no option for loaner car. And since I uploaded all my photos (mirror cover needs to be replaced) and to change an oil I thought it would be fast. When I came to drop off the car they told me to wait 2 hours! 2 hours for an oil change? Oh,… it’s their lunch time. They had no loaner cars, no option to choose it online. Instead they told me to call instead of scheduling online. Horrible service

  Fast service, polite and helpful. The courtesy driver Ben was awesome. Dropped me off at home and came and picked me up.
