  I’ve had my 2023 BMW M340i xDrive serviced at BMW of Fort Washington, and I’ve been very satisfied with my experience. On one visit, they replaced the fuel pump under warranty, and on another visit, they replaced the valve cover under warranty. Both repairs were completed within just 1–2 days, which I think is incredibly fast. I especially want to thank Dennis for his excellent service, professionalism, and help throughout the process. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly. I really appreciate the way I was treated and the quality of service I received. I would definitely recommend BMW of Fort Washington.

  Excellent experience with BMW service! Ben Ammar was wonderful to work with—professional, helpful, and made the entire service process easy. Ariana was also fantastic. She greeted me with such a great smile both when I dropped off my car and when I picked it up, which really makes a difference. A special thank you as well to the gentleman who assisted me—I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but his customer service was amazing. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. And lastly, Frank was phenomenal with communication throughout the entire process. Between the calls, texts, updates, and videos of my car actually being serviced, I always knew exactly what was going on. Truly white-glove service from start to finish. What a great team and an exceptional experience all around!
