  I didn’t have an appointment today, but Rasheed connected me with Justin, who was extremely helpful and offered me a loaner vehicle. Frank took a short test drive with me to address my concern, and Richard Lanci made sure my visit went smoothly. Mel was a delightful person to meet as well, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Ben was definitely a big part of the visit, he was extremely helpful to the point to give me a ride home and a ride back. Everyone was friendly and professional. I’ve been a customer since 2016 and highly recommend BMW of Fort Washington!

  Very disappointing experience with the parts department. I came in because my BMW key fob sometimes stops locking/unlocking the doors, although the car starts and drives normally. I provided the vehicle, vehicle documents, my ID, and proof of insurance, but they refused to help because I am not the registered owner. I was not asking for an additional key — I simply wanted the existing key diagnosed or repaired. Their solution was to tell me to manually lock and unlock the car with the mechanical key until the registered owner returns from overseas in 2–3 months. The attitude of the parts employee made the experience even worse. I was treated as if I had done something suspicious simply because the vehicle is registered to someone else. This was the worst BMW dealership service experience I have had. I would not recommend this location.

  Expect service from BMW they are very nice people. They took very good care of my car being towed in. Everyone here. I recommend everyone to come. To bmw of Fort Washington . The Rich . Ryan and Ben
