    Do not bring your BMW here for service. The level of incompetence is honestly shocking. I brought my car in for a simple flat tire replacement, and three days later it still wasn’t done. The service advisor didn’t know how to contact my tire warranty company (something as basic as pressing zero), which caused unnecessary delays. On top of that, communication was terrible—I had to call every time just to get an update.This kind of service is completely unacceptable. Extremely disappointing experience..
