  I had a confirmed reservation at this location, and I even received a confirmation email. Before traveling, I contacted Enterprise Customer Service multiple times to make sure a vehicle was actually available because I had already been told by another employee that there were no cars. Customer Service confirmed my reservation and assured me that a vehicle would be waiting for me. Based on that confirmation, my family and I spent $100 on Uber to reach this location. When we arrived, the employee simply told us there was no vehicle available and refused to honor our confirmed reservation. He even admitted that their system would not let him cancel the reservation. My wife, my two children, and I were left stranded in extreme heat in an unfamiliar town. This caused significant stress, financial loss, and disruption to our trip. A confirmed reservation should mean something. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I hope Enterprise takes responsibility and improves its customer service.
