  I called in to the Genesis dealer to schedule an appointment to drive the GV70 and GV80. Erick Barraza answered the phone and we scheduled for the next day. I had no idea what a wonderful salesperson/product specialist I was going to get! He was personal, attentive, knowledgeable,not pushy at all, his confidence and passion for the brand was evident and authentic. He definitely has his Customer Service skills down. He answered our questions and explained things in an easy way to understand. I would highly recommend buying a car with Erick.

  I recently purchased a 2024 Genesis G80, and I absolutely love the car. I had an issue with the lane assist system, so I scheduled an appointment at Genesis of Escondido. It was my first visit there, and I’m so glad I chose them. From the moment I arrived, I was taken care of by Iyshia Hernandez. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. They provided me with a loaner vehicle, and after my appointment, Iyshia personally called me to explain everything that was found. She let me know my vehicle was still covered under warranty, explained the issue, and even made a few helpful maintenance recommendations. One thing that really impressed me was that they sent me a video from the technician showing and explaining the work being performed on my car. That level of transparency is something I haven’t experienced before. When my vehicle was finished, Iyshia called to let me know it was ready. I explained that I would only be able to pick it up on Saturday and was worried because the service department would be closed. She immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t worry, I’ll leave your car with the sales team so you can pick it up whenever you’re able.” That level of customer service and willingness to help made the entire process completely stress-free. When I arrived Saturday morning, I was greeted outside by a gentleman who kindly guided me inside. I also met the manager (I wish I had gotten her name), and she welcomed me with a warm smile and made me feel valued as a customer. I’ve been to many dealerships over the years, but this is the first time I truly felt like the staff genuinely cared about the customer experience. Everyone was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. If you’re in the market for an amazing luxury vehicle and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend Genesis of Escondido. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you to Iyshia and the entire team for making my first service visit such a positive experience!

  Thank goodness you finally brought Genesis back to North County. Having my vehicle serviced was super easy. Iyisha and Alec were knowledgeable and easy to work with. What was also impressive is when an on duty mechanic came out to show me a setting that I had overlooked. This was a superstar service team who gave me a five-star experience.   Our sales representative provided excellent customer service and was very accomodating. Eric took his time and answered all our questions/concerns. The sales managers really worked the numbers to get us where we wanted to be financially as far as what we paid for the car and what we wanted for our trade. The entire process was professional and expeditious. I would highly recommend Genesis of Escondido to anyone looking for a great vehicle with good competitive pricing.

  Thank you Genesis for bringing a site back to North County San Diego. The dealership is in a good centralized location on its own. Nice, clean, and easy to access. Service was great, Alec took care of me. Great updates on status of my car. I got the loaner the was promised for service when I originally bought the car 3 years ago. Please continue this excellent service. Genesis are really nice cars. The previous service experience had put a damper on the brand. I am glad that they saw that service and service locations needed to be updated to service their customers I will continue going to this location as it is close to home.
