  We recently purchased a new car from Genesis of Escondido. The whole process was straight-forward and professional, from setting up an appointment, evaluating models and options, arranging a test drive, signing paperwork, to taking delivery of the vehicle a couple of days later. We appreciated that that this was done in a no-pressure, no-haggling environment, where we genuinely felt that we were listened to and our opinion mattered. Kudos to Jason, the main man on the spot, and to the several other people involved in the transaction. They all made us feel welcomed and comfortable along the way. We have had no interactions with the service department yet, but if they are anything like the front office, this will be a promising relationship.

  I have been a steadfast German car buyer for the last 20+ years but over the last few years I have been reading a lot of great things about Genesis and the quality car that they have been manufacturing. I knew that I wanted to look at a Genesis, but where? There are 2 Genesis dealerships in San Diego and a handful more within a 2 hour drive. I did some research and saw nothing but 5 stars from Genesis Escondido, which is amazing!! I had to find out for myself so I ventured in and first met with Erick Barraza who I found to be incredibly patient and knowledgeable as I was firing off one question after another and he knew them all! My buying process took about 2 weeks as I was shopping around at other vehicles but I kept coming back to the Genesis. The warranty, build quality and value are really hard to beat. I also really like how the car is pretty much loaded and you only have one or two packages to choose from which makes the buying process straightforward. When I was ready to finalize the purchase of my GV 80 Coupe, both Erick and David Apodaca (whom I worked with in conjunction with Erick) were both off for the day but it was a seamless transition to as I was handed off to Charles and Jason. The teamwork at Genesis of Escondido is impressive and you get the feeling that everyone there really enjoys what they do and who they work for, which brings me to Lisa Mitchell (General Sales Manager). Lisa is great. She is the one that walked us through the final paperwork and explained our options to us (cash, lease, finance). We ended up going the cash route and I really respect how Lisa handled it because dealerships make extra money when you lease or finance but there was no pressure just facts from her. Heck, I wish that I could afford to buy another car soon so I could just sit and banter back and forth with her for an hour as she is really sharp, has a quick wit and is just a genuine person (which you don't always find when buying a car). In summary...I am happy that I bought a Genesis to replace my Audi but I am ecstatic that I bought it from Genesis of Escondido.

  Iyshia made it very easy and convenient to schedule my appointment. I had my sister from Texas in town and the last thing I wanted to do was take my car in for service and wait. Iyshia explained that Escondido Genesis offered a service free of charge to pick my car up from my house, drive it to have it serviced and bring my car back to my home in the same day. It was amazing! So easy and convenient! She sent me texts of what time the driver would show up at my house and a picture of the driver. I received a text once my car arrived at the dealership for service as well. My car was finished and ready to be returned to me in 2 hours or less. Amazing. Iyshia had the car returned to me at My convenience, not the dealership. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Will send everyone I know or meet to this dealership. I did not purchase my car from this dealership. They had not opened at the time I purchased my car. I had excellent service at the other dealership as well and was willing to make the extra drive. It is nice to know, I do not have to. I truly was blown away with the service. I had a BMW before this car and a Range Rover before that. Those two dealerships could use some training from Escondido Genesis.

  This place has the high-level service expected for Genesis. I had my car in for a recall and safety check.The team was very dedicated and responsive toward the customer service requests or questions. “ I think that was one of the better rides across the states that I have had since I've owned this car; thank you for attention to detail!! “ Iysha was fabulous ensuring communication was open; lending to full disclosure about services and charges.

  I want to take a moment to thank Genesis of Escondido, especially Miss Iyesha, for taking such great care of my wife’s car. Iyesha was absolutely wonderful. She was professional, informative, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be fixed. She kept me informed throughout the process, and I truly appreciated her help. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and like I was part of the Genesis family. That kind of customer service makes a big difference. Thank you, and the entire Genesis of Escondido team, for making the experience such a positive one. You have a great employee in Iyesha.
