  Very disappointing experience, especially because we were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. When we arrived, there were 4–5 empty booths clearly available. We were not offered a booth and were seated elsewhere without any explanation. When you are celebrating your child’s birthday, you expect at least a little consideration and hospitality from the staff. The hostess was not welcoming or accommodating, and the way we were treated really took away from what was supposed to be a special celebration. There was no effort to make us feel valued as guests. It’s unfortunate because we came specifically to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and the experience with the hostess left a very negative impression. Good customer service matters, especially when guests are coming in for an important occasion

  Rude staff! Came in to buy a 1k bracelet and I was in sweatpants. Nobody welcomed me and they shrug me off when I asked for help.

  The staff here is very professional. I took my bracelet there for repair. The service was good from drop off to pickup. I just picked up my bracelet and it looks brand new again. I'm happy with the service I received.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Tiffany & Co. when trying to pick up a ring my husband purchased for me as a Mother’s Day gift. I came fully prepared with the receipt, my husband’s credit card, his ID, and my own ID—yet the sales associate still refused to release the item. Instead, she told me she needed to “ask her manager,” and when she returned, I was told that I would need to call my husband to confirm the purchase. This was extremely frustrating and unnecessary given the amount of valid documentation I had already provided. The way the situation was handled felt disrespectful and humiliating. I was made to feel as though I was not trusted, despite presenting multiple forms of identification. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service from a brand like Tiffany & Co. Overall, this experience left a very negative impression, and I hope the store improves how they treat customers in similar situations.
