  Purchased earrings for Valentines day. They were sold with the posts bent. When returned they had no others to replace them that were not bent. Then we decided to upgrade and received nothing for out troubles. Just rude salespeople saying ooops. The manager Bryan was to busy to speak with me. Tiffanys should be held to a higher standard. If I pay 3x retail for silver I should receive 3X the service. Poor customer service. Shop next door at Pandora. Get better service.
