  My husband purchased a cable bracelet for me for my first Mother’s Day. He said he felt unwelcome when he went to go pick up his order in store. The associate did not offer to put the bracelet in a gift box and only handed him the bracelet in the suede pouch. He had to ask for a bag? Yikes for a luxury brand. Not a good first impression, especially for the price tag.

  We’ve been big David Yurman purchasers for years, but we stopped going after the customer service just wasn’t what it used to be. That changed the moment we walked in and met Troy. From the very first minute, Troy was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, showed us several beautiful pieces, and answered every question with patience and expertise. He never rushed us — even when we were deciding between a couple of options — and made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable. What stood out most was how he went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. His attention to detail and sincere desire to help turned what could have been a quick stop into a really positive shopping experience.
