  Never have I purchased Chanel cosmetics before but I walked in wanting to try the foundation. Gage approached us and from the moment he did, he was kind and welcoming. He helped me find the correct shade and then a blush and eye shadow pallet. Had a wonderful time as he showed me how to apply. He was quite charming and truly just had a warm hug vibe about him. Will come back just for him.

  The sales representative at the store was wonderful and very attentive to my needs. Usually I do not go to the high end stores because they are usually dismissive. I order online, but some new items were released and I had to smell the boutique fragrances. So from entering the store she was helpful from the start giving me detailed information and prices without asking her. This store is great, actually was my second time coming and it wasn’t a fluke at all everyone is helpful and nice. Shoutout to my sales person Madison, that’s for the great experience and great items you found me

  I happily drive from Houston to The Woodlands just to shop at this Chanel Beauty boutique because the customer service is truly unmatched. Lexi always goes above and beyond to make every visit such a wonderful experience. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and makes you feel so welcome every time. It’s rare to find service like this these days, and it’s the reason I continue making the drive. Thank you, Lexi, for always taking such great care of me!
