  I walked in knowing I wanted to purchase a new perfume and was immediately helped by Mary. She was extremely patient with me while I was trying to decide which one to get. Every time I’ve been to this store the experience has been pleasant and staff friendly but Mary in particular stood out. Thank you 😊

  I had the absolute best customer service experience at this location! I believe my sa said she went by Mary. I left came back with my mom who has never known about channel skincare nor make up. Mary was extremely patient she explained and showed us every product we asked about. Even offered advice on other products that we didn't ask about which convinced my mom to purchase after getting to trial them. Thank you !!

  Phew, the importance of hiring the correct staff 😮‍💨. I give this store a year before it closes. You can walk a few more steps and buy the exact same things but with fantastic customer service at other stores. The staff here is scary terrible 😬

  I don’t even know why they have a phone number they never answer I can get a hold of the Chanel on Rodeo Drive quicker than I can with them. This is absolutely ridiculous.
