  Service has been great with Tomomi at this location. Been going back several times to buy the T collection, but each time, I've been getting a very good service from her, but I found out that Tomomi is at the Northpark location now 😢

  Just finished finalizing the custom engraving on a bracelet with my sales associate Leticia. She greeted me the moment I walked in and helped me with the sizing and everything. 10/10 service and will definitely come back soon when Ive decided what to buy next.

  had an outstanding experience at Tiffany & Co. Legacy West, thanks to Kelly and Store Director Sara. Kelly Forden went above and beyond in helping us with wife’s ring, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and making sure everything moved as quickly as possible. Her communication and attention to detail were exceptional. I also want to recognize Store Director Sara, who was instrumental in helping expedite the situation. Their teamwork and genuine care made a stressful situation feel completely handled and reassured. This level of professionalism and customer service is exactly what you hope for when working with Tiffany. The ring came back looking beautiful, and the entire experience exceeded expectations. Thank you again to Kelly and Sara for taking such great care of us. Highly recommend this store and their team.
