“I bought glasses from this place, and after just one week, they lost their shape and kept falling off my face. I drove an hour to get them exchanged, thinking it would be a quick fix, but they refused and told me it would take 4-6 weeks before they’d let me know anything. I only had these glasses for a week before the issues started. Worse they had them on the shelves to swap.
We're here yesterday and we're amaze the good costumer service Fred was given us. Will love to come again and this will be my favorite brand now. Thank you Fred! And keep up a good work.

I came in spontaneously just to browse and the perfumes caught my eye. Fred was a lovely associate who explained each scent and helped me pick one out I loved. I also got a travel case that wasn’t on display that Fred got from the back. Thank you for the warm visit Fred!
I was waiting at the entrance, 3 of the SAs saw me but they all ignored me. Brought my business to Fendi and bought an exotic leather purse and i had better experience even in the past. So sad i was eyeing a bag i want to buy from Celine— if ever i did buy from Celine i will buy it from Neiman Marcus in the future. And also, their SAs are not consistent. One person will give me this info and when i came back at another visit, they gave me a different info and gave me the impression they dont know what im talking about. Celine Corporate: please train these people or risk loosing our business!
