Aggie Cardoso was absolutely fantastic, with proactive customer service reaching out to me as a Hublot watch owner to see if there was anything she could do to assist. Very impressive customer service!

The shop should have been open till 7 pm, but it was closed at 6 pm. There is no note or anything explaining. I drove here just to visit here. Not nice.

I just have to say wow 🤩 I’m not one to leave reviews very often but as a someone who has managed in customer service for over 20 years, I was blown away by Ray’s exceptional customer service. I own a few luxury time pieces but am new to the Hublot brand. Ray was aware that I was just curious and by no means looking to purchase. He went above and beyond to educate me on the history of Hublot and their amazing craftsmanship. He had me wishing I had known about Hublot years ago when I was in the market. I can definitely say Ray has my business though the next time that I’m going to purchase a watch. Hublot, you’re fortunate to have such a great asset working at the Dallas Boutique. Thanks again to Ray for taking such great care of me - I’ll hopefully be seeing you again soon!
Really sad to leave a 2 star review on a hublot boutique. No clue what the guys name was who was working today but my experience was terrible. He didn’t introduce himself, didn’t ask to get to know me or my fiancé, I commented on a specific part of the watch that I thought was really unique and he just said “hmph”. Usually hublot boutiques are top notch. I’ve been to the hublot manufacturer in Switzerland so I usually have awesome conversations with the representatives at the boutiques. Not this time, and very disheartening as a big Hublot fan. Really felt like I wasn’t taken seriously and even treated like the rep thought - “You cannot afford it so what are you doing here wasting my time”. Sad
