  Nadia Kurtic is very rude and unpleasant she ruined my shopping experience. Also didnt know the answer to any of my questions, how are you a director of dior and dont have any knowledge of anything?

  I came here to visit a few weeks ago. They have a few nice things, but the customer service is horrible. I spoke with a sales associate named Aaliyah. Very rude very unprofessional she curses way too much. I remember one day I was going to use the restroom and they opened the door to the back. The only thing I heard was her talking about customers, but as much money as people spend here, this should never be if it wasn’t for the guards at the door I would’ve.Left They seem to be the only ones that have professionalism

  The reimagined Dior boutique in Highland Park Village is stunning, but the real showstopper is the new Café Dior by Dominique Crenn inside, one of only a few in the United States. The staff across both the boutique and cafe are incredibly competent and professional.
