I purchased a pair of shoe in March 2026. Unfortunately I could barely walk 20 steps before they kept slipping off my feet and became impossible to ware properly. Since the shoes were clearly not functional, I went back to the boutique seeking after-sales assistance on April 30th.
The sales associate who first assisted me was extremely dismissive and immediately told me in a very firm tone, that the shoes could not be returned or exchanged since you have already used it .
I responded " I like the shoes, and I am not asking for a refund or an exchange, I just need to you to help me fix the issue so I can actually wear them. it is luxury band, I sent $1500 and can't use it now"
Instead of offering a solution, she continued to show an unwilling attitude toward helping. Frustrated, I said" This is a luxury brand, I only use it less than 10 hours, Do you not provide after-sales service? I 'd like to speak with the store manager.
Only after i became visibly upset did she bring another employee to assist me. Eventually I was told that the shoes could be sent for repair, and that it would take one month. They assured me they would contact me when the repair was completed.
one month later having heard nothing, I called customer service. I was informed that there was no record of my case in their system, but I was promised that someone would contact me with 24 hours
I waited 3 days and received no response. I called customer service again and was told that someone would contact me within 48 hours.
After 48 hours, instead of a phone call, I received a text message stating that the repair would require an additional 2 weeks.
I once sent a luxury watch to Europe for servicing , and the entire process took less than 1 month. yet I am now being told that repairing a pair of shoes locally in Dallas will take more than seven weeks.
The extended delay, combined with the lack of communication and the apparent absence of any record of my case, has made this experience particularly frustrating. This is not the level of service one would expect from a luxury brand
