I am extremely disappointed with Celine’s customer service. After saving for a long time, I finally purchased a Celine belt an item I had wanted for years. My friend bought it for me from Celine’s flagship store in Paris and provided the original receipt. Unfortunately, by the time I received the belt in the United States, more than 30 days had passed because my friend was traveling internationally. The belt has never been worn and is in perfect condition with all original packaging and documentation. I was not asking for a refund only a simple size exchange so I could actually use and enjoy the product. I visited the Dallas boutique hoping they would assist me, but they refused. I then contacted Celine’s main customer service office, and they also denied my request without offering any accommodation.
For a luxury brand with such a prestigious reputation, I expected a much higher level of customer care. True luxury is not just about beautiful products; it is about standing behind those products and treating customers with understanding and respect This was a significant purchase for me, and I had dreamed of owning this belt for a long time. Instead of feeling valued as a customer, I feel dismissed and deeply disappointed. Based on this experience, I will think carefully before purchasing from Celine again and would caution others to consider the company’s inflexible customer service policies especially when buying internationally.
The customer service was outstanding compared to other luxury stores I’ve been to. Katerina was so kind and made me feel genuinely welcomed!

Stopped by the store today was browsing around for some fragrances, though I did not end up purchasing one today. I will be back again in the future. I do wanna however, discussed how great I felt in that location the employee who helped me out it was a female I forgot her name did an amazing job. She made me feel special and valued. when I was there I could not decide which fragrance I wanted and she sent me out with a couple of samples to help make my decision. I’m somebody who is known online in some fragrance circles and I will forever be grateful and discuss this brand with the highest regards when recommending to others. Thank you for making this trip there a special one I appreciate that.
