  Disappointed with Customer Service I’ve been a loyal David Yurman customer for many years and have spent thousands of dollars there. I love their jewelry, but unfortunately, my recent experience with customer service has been very disappointing. I feel that the sales team overpromises and underdelivers. I purchased a pendant and was specifically advised by the sales associate that I could send my existing gold chain to their repair service to have it shortened so it would fit the pendant. After purchasing the pendant and sending in my chain, I was then told they could not shorten it because it was not a David Yurman piece. It has now been almost a month, and I still have not received my chain back. I’m very disappointed—not with the jewelry, which I love, but with the lack of communication and follow-through from customer service.

  We had such a great experience shopping at David Yurman thanks to Clinton! He was incredibly accommodating, professional, and made the entire visit so enjoyable for us. One thing that really stood out was how thoughtful he was with our 2-year-old daughter. He gave her a fun kids activity bag to keep her entertained while we browsed around the store, which made the experience so much easier and more relaxing for us as parents. It’s little touches like that that truly make a difference. Excellent customer service all around, and we definitely look forward to coming back again!

  David Yurman is simply one of the finest jewelry stores I have ever visited. The craftsmanship of every single piece is absolutely breathtaking and you can feel the quality the moment you hold anything in your hands. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, elegant and made the entire experience feel special without ever being pushy. The store itself is beautifully designed and creates a wonderful atmosphere for browsing. Whether you are treating yourself or looking for a meaningful gift, David Yurman delivers a truly exceptional experience from start to finish.
