  I am leaving this review to express my deepest gratitude to Chelsie, the manager at the Chanel boutique in The Mall at Green Hills. Every year, I visit this store with my husband to celebrate my birthday. Even though we only come once a year, Chelsie always remembers and welcomes me with the warmest heart. ​Thanks to her, I have been able to celebrate the happiest and most unforgettable birthdays of my life. She touched my heart so deeply that now, whenever I see a cake, it instantly reminds me of her warmth. To show my sincere appreciation, I brought a small cake to the store for her. ​Thanks to Chelsie, I know that my birthdays in the coming years will be even happier. That is why I promise to always return to this Chanel store every single year for my birthday, even if it’s just that one special day. May God’s blessings always be with Chelsie.   Teresa did so much help for me inside the store for Mother’s Day. Absolutely the best wrapped up my perfumes and lotions up so nice . Tim was also so sweet when I went in really amazing customer service and people ❤️❤️

  If you have never had the privilege of visiting this store and hearing Justin speak about these products, whether it be the fundamentals of skin care, the latest release of perfumes, or the newest make-up products to drop, as a third-party, uninterested author of this review, I’m truly curious if you’ve ever had the real Chanel Experience. Living no where near this store, actually in a totally different State, I still consider this my go-to Chanel location, and will pass by any time I’m in the area!
