  Store manager Lay Ching is horrible. Racist to black customers despite them being decades long consumers. Tiffany Store Ops higher ups - you guys need to look at if Lay Ching is the best option to oversee the store. My experience was that Lay Ching treats black customers horribly. He disregards any customer dedication to the brand, and assumed I was taking advantage of the exchange policy..I believe this was because I am black. In a previous store visit prior to the interaction with Lay Ching, I noticed a strong language barrier between me and the sales rep that was assisting me. This rep spoke with such a heavy Chinese accent and couldn’t understand what I was saying & vice versa. It literally ruined my bracelet shopping experience. What type of experience is that?!?! I ask that you take one look at the ethnic demographic of employees at this location - then, ask yourself, could Lay be hiring people he knows rather than qualified candidates? Could Lay be discriminating against our black customers? Finally, please ask yourself - does having reps who can’t speak or understand fluent English harm the guest experience? All Bizarre, will never be back and you’ve lost me & my family as customers.

  I had such a fun time shopping here. I could take my time, try things on, and really enjoy the experience before making a decision. Already looking forward to my next visit.

  on 6/19/2026 I waited approximately 10 minutes for a sales associate to finish a personal conversation with someone she appeared to know. During that time, three other customers entered the store after me, and she offered assistance to each of them before acknowledging me. It felt as though she was annoyed that I was waiting nearby for help. All of the other associates were already assisting customers, so I had no other option but to wait. Unfortunately, this is the second time I have experienced what I perceived as rude or dismissive behavior from this particular employee. I would like to say that I won't be returning, but unfortunately this store carries products that I cannot easily find elsewhere. I simply hope management addresses customer service concerns so that all customers are treated with courtesy and respect.
