  I approached a young male sales associate who had just finished assisting another customer and asked whether he could help me or if there was a check-in process. It was a busy Saturday evening, and he informed me that I needed to check in. I did so and was told there were four customers ahead of me, which I understood and had no issue with. While I was waiting in the store for my turn, a young woman entered and approached the same sales associate. She appeared to know him personally and asked, very "sweetly", if he could help her next. He agreed and assisted her immediately, allowing her to bypass not only me, but the other three customers who were also waiting. At that point, I went back to the check-in person and asked to have my name removed from the list. As a semi-regular customer who came in knowing exactly what I intended to purchase, this was a very disappointing experience and an unfortunate reason to lose a customer.

  My shopping experiences at this store have been excellent. I love my sales associate Laura who is professional, knowledgeable of the product , and always friendly . I could not be more satisfied with all my jewelry purchases . David Yurman will always be my first pick of luxury jewelry brands.

  I spent 4 hours walking this mall with my daughter and this store was the highlight of our visit. We were window shopping all the luxury stores and we stopped in just so I could introduce my daughter to the brand. We were immediately greeted by Sandy, the friendliest most knowledgeable sales associate I've ever met. She made the whole place feel more like I visiting an art gallery than a store. She told us the whole history of how the brand was created and showed us all the different collections. The jewelry is even more beautiful when you know the romantic love story behind it. Maybe one day I'll be able to afford such beautiful pieces but until then I'm grateful to Sandy for letting me dream for a few moments.
