  Horrible experience not once but the last two times I’ve visited. I’ve never actually written a Google review before but just had to share because it was so bad. I’ve been a DY customer for years, and I went in to purchase a bracelet for a big career milestone. The store was moderately busy but nothing crazy. I looked around and multiple sales associates were free, but were blatantly ignoring me. I continued to look around for a solid 20 minutes and nobody helped me so I left empty handed. I wear thousands of dollars in DY every day and was dressed nicely (not that it should matter). The second time I walked in because I wanted my jewelry cleaned. When I walked in I was the only person in the store and the three SAs all looked at each other as if they were playing nose goes and I had to ask for help, nobody even said hello. While I was waiting, I watched someone walk in and receive the same treatment. Needless to say I won’t be making any more purchases from this store.
