Had a great experience at the fragrance counter. Daria was lovely and provided a very honest and helpful fragrance recommendation (Paris Riviera) that led to a full bottle purchase. While many of the Chanel fragrances were out of my price range, I was able to test and sample everything I wanted without feeling pressured. Thank you!

Be careful with return or exchange policy. I really Love Chanel but I had an bad experience with the boutique and it was my first time I asked for exchange and they told me that I can't because I bought it online and they don't accept it. So, my question is why do they have a boutique in KOP if don't help to costumers? Very bad experience and very disappointed.

Buyer beware - Chanel has a sneaky return policy. If you buy an item from the boutique, the return or exchange policy is 14 days. However, if you buy something from Chanel.com, it's 30 days to return or exchange the item. My wife received a bottle for Christmas but she had an abundance of that particular fragrance. Now for a bottle of unopened and sealed perfume, what would be the harm in exchanging this type of item at the boutique???? Well the store staff absolutely refused to make an exchange. I called customer care and they confirmed the policy and admitted they the return/exchange policy was vague between online sales and in person sales. I still feel that the staff could have been of more assistance and done an exchange of this type. Now they have lost a life long loyal customer.
