  The service and experience at the Chanel Beauty Boutique is unmatched, much like their products. Allison is my SA and does an incredible job. Jessica is also are so thoughtful and helpful. I go in pretty often, and have had a positive experience with all of the staff! This shop carries exclusive fragrances and beauty launches, giving access to items you can't get anywhere else in Portland. Additionally, there is eyewear, including glasses with the best selection in the area. The craft and intention of Chanel products cannot be beat, and I am so happy that this little oasis exists. It's definitely a treat yourself (or others) moment that delivers a lasting experience that delivers daily joy.

  I couldn’t be happier with my first visit! I had no idea there was a Chanel Fragrance & Beauty boutique in Portland. I’ve always shopped for Chanel at Macy’s and Nordstrom, but from now on, this will be my go-to location. From the moment my husband, my two kids, and I walked in, Allison greeted us with such warmth and kindness. She was incredibly patient, especially with my children, and even helped keep them calm while I enjoyed shopping. Her exceptional customer service made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you, Allison, for taking such great care of our family. You truly made our visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back for all my future Chanel purchases!

  I have only been to this location twice, and both times I have had bad experiences and ended up leaving without making a purchase (even though I had wanted too). The first time I was completely ignored and not offered assistance even though I was the only customer in the store. Today, the sales associate wouldn't stop hovering and got irritated whenever I was trying to look at products and acted like she didn't want me touching them. I once again, left without buying anything.

  Stopped in on my 40th birthday with a mission for a makeover and to walk out with new product. I accomplished this thanks to Shawn. Shawn took great care of me - they got me a sparkling water during my makeover (offered champagne but I do not drink, loved the sentiment though), asked questions to ensure they fully understood the look I was going for, explained the products used and how to apply them, and sent me out of the store looking like a million bucks before my birthday dinner. Shawn also offered some samples at the end, which have me wanting to go back to try out the skincare line. Highly recommend this store - great product, staff and ambiance.
