  Literally the rudest sales associate, stared us down, didn’t say hi or greet us and gave us a huge side eye! She greeted the lady before and the people after us. Have never felt more judged in a place! We were the only people of color there so that might explain it, racist and mean!

  My fragrance/beauty advisor Allison S. is so amazing, she helped me found the sunglasses that was in my wishlist for so long.   I had a fantastic experience at the Chanel boutique in Bridgeport Village. From the moment I walked in, the space itself stood out—beautifully designed, elevated, and exactly what you’d expect from Chanel. Jessica assisted me, and she was exceptional. Knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely warm without ever feeling pushy. She took the time to walk me through their fragrance offerings, including several exclusive scents you simply won’t find at Nordstrom or other retailers. That alone made the visit feel special and worth it. It’s worth noting that this location focuses on fragrance and a curated selection of sunglasses—it’s not a full boutique with handbags or clothing. But what they do carry, they do extremely well, and the experience feels much more personal and refined because of it. Overall, outstanding customer service, a stunning store, and a unique product selection. I’ll absolutely be back—and I’d recommend asking for Jessica if you want a truly top-tier experience.

  I visited Chanel just to browse, and the store was absolutely beautiful. We were greeted right away, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Zara assisted me, and she was wonderful. She took her time showing me different options and made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. With her help, I ended up purchasing the pearly body oil it has a gorgeous shimmer and smells amazing! She packaged my item so beautifully and even included a few complimentary samples, which also smell incredible. Thank you, Zara, for such a lovely experience. I will definitely be returning!
