  Walked in and felt welcomed right away. Kenneth assisted me with purchasing my first ring, and he was the best!! Very personable, kind, and funny. Walked me through after care for my ring and even gave me recommendations for nearby restaurants. Loved my experience and love my ring even more

  Ashley was above-and-beyond nice and helpful in my purchase, recommending a good ring size for me, and getting another piece of jewelry cleaned quickly. The service was way better than my experiences at other jewelry stores in the past. Thanks Ashley!

  Had a suprisingly easy shopping experience. Went in not knowing what to expect. The staff working that day were nice and seemed pretty knowledgeable. Spoke to a few when I first entered and Ashley helped me look at a few pieces after telling her what my ideas were and my budget. She found several pieces that went well together as a set to fit my whole vibe. I ended up spending way more time in the store than I had planned (not a bad thing) and ended up with a very happy spouse and a client for life. I think it was helpful I wasnt in the store when it was super busy. There were maybe 6 customers in the store. I am not sure if that is a lot or not. I was dressed kinda shabby in a Tshirt and jeans. But I got good treatment and had space to make an informed decision on what jewelery would go well together. It seems worth the premium to get premium service.
